Pet Policy
You are required to provide Management with desired breed, weight, age, immunization, & vaccination records. Upon Management approval, a monthly fee of $35.00 per cat and $55.00 per dog is required. Two animal maximum per apartment. Breed restrictions apply for both cats and dogs. No larger than 35 pounds for dogs.
